JOIN the JCA Youth Choir 2027 Session!!
Japan Choral Association (JCA) is looking for singers from the Asia-Pacific region to join "The 16th JCA Youth Choir," which features a four-day rehearsal period and a final concert. The program will be held in Takamatsu, Kagawa, Japan, in March 10-14, 2027. For this session, we welcome singers from across the Asia-Pacific region to foster multicultural communication.

■About “The JCA Youth Choir”
The JCA Youth
Choir is a 5-day choral program for passionate young singers. We started the program in 2012 with the aim of
nurturing the next generation of choral singers and leaders.
Every year, the choir performes under the direction of
internationally acclaimed conductors. For the 2027 session,
Anthony Trecek-King will teach and
conduct the choir. The choir will consist of 44 singers: 40 from Japan and 4 from the Asia-Pacific region.

| 【Requirements】 | 1. Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old as
of
April 1, 2026. 2. Rehearsals will be conducted in English, so a good working knowledge of the language is required. 3. We welcome singers who are passionate and eager to learn in a multicultural environment. |

| 【Participation Expenses】 |
Participants are responsible for their own expenses on: a. Travel: Round-trip travel from your home country to the venue in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. b. Accommodation and Meals: Lodging and meals throughout your stay. (Lunch will be provided from Day 2 of rehearsals through the concert day.) *Participants are required to arrange their own accommodation and transportation to the venue. c. Sheet Music: The cost of the required music scores. d. Visas and other official requirements. e. Other personal expenses |
| 【Selection and Results】 | Screening Process: The
JCA Committee will evaluate applicants based on their
submitted CVs and audition recordings. Notification: The screening will take place in September 2026, and all applicants will be notified of their results via email. |
